OUR FACILITY & EQUIPMENT
Our 24’ rig is 9’ tall featuring 3 full power racks, 3 half racks, band peg attachment capability, spotter straps, spotter arms, wall ball targets, and 10 pull up stations.
Variation is important to prevent plateaus in your training - this is why we offer a large selection in training bars. We have a selection of Rogue Ohio power bars, men’s Olympic weightlifting bars, colorful women’s Bella bars, Earthquake bars, safety squat bars, multi grip bars, cambered bars, training bars, and farmer’s handles.
We have a large selection of both bumper plates and steel plates to accommodate all styles of training. Plate weights range from 2.5 pounds to 45 pounds.
Our rack accessories include a variety of bands, chains, boxes, matador dip bars, rings, ropes and mats.
Our cardio selection currently features 3 Concept 2 rowers and 3 Rogue Echo bikes. TrueForm runner treadmill coming soon!
Our dumbbell selection provides weights up to 100 pounds while our kettlebell selection provides weighted pairs up to 70 pounds.
Our benches include 4 flat benches and 3 adjustable benches for incline and decline options.
Other pieces of equipment include a reverse hyperextension, a glute-hamstring developer (GHD), a yoke, wall balls (10, 14, & 20 lbs), slam balls (20, 30, 50, & 100 lbs), a conditioning rope, boxes, jump ropes, ab mats, foam rollers, fat gripz, and more!
